Removal of old ridge tiles and replacement with mechanically fixed ridge tiles; plus replacement of tiles on section of gable.
The householder had previously engaged a firm of "cowboy roofers" to install a new PVCu dry verge. Because the components were simply glued in position using a silicone sealant they soon became dislodged in the next storm.
